Purpose & Goal

Accuracy, privacy, security, and accountability are critical in the public, industrial, and infrastructure sectors in which IronForge Industrial Painting & Blasting ("IronForge") operates.
This Communications Policy lays out the rules governing all external communications sent on behalf of IronForge to ensure that information is transmitted through authorized, regulated, and professional channels in accordance with industry and public sector standards.

Approved Channels of Communication

IronForge exclusively utilizes certified and verified techniques to manage external communications, such as: 

  • The IronForge official website 

  • Direct communication via email from IronForge approved email addresses 

  • Communicating over the phone within designated business hours

  • Formal papers such reports, proposals, RFQs, and contracts 

  • Platforms permitted by the client, if needed by contract 

Any message that is not sent via these ways is not regarded as accepted.

Formal and Controlled Communication Method

Because of the nature of IronForge's activity, external contact is necessary: 

  • Correct and appropriate from a technical perspective 

  • Traceable and documented 

  • In conformity with the standards for safety, compliance, and secrecy 

  • Free of commercial, speculative, or casual remarks 

IronForge does not do business through unapproved or unregulated forms of communication.

Public Platforms and Social Media

IronForge's marketing approach and messaging do not rely on public social media sites.
This communications policy and IronForge's social media policy, which describes the company's position on the non use of public social media platforms and making unlawful representations, regulate all official communications.

Third Party inquiries, public statements, and the media

Any queries from the media, demands for public information, or discussions with third parties must be addressed through the IronForge contact channels. 

No agent, subcontractor, or employee is authorized to: 

  • Make public pronouncements 

  • Interact with the media 

  • Share details about the project. 

Without the management of IronForge's express written approval.

Fraudulent Representations and Impersonation

It will be considered unapproved if any information, account, or message purporting to be from IronForge is not presented through recognized IronForge methods.
IronForge does not use unofficial or third party venues to solicit business, seek payments, or gather private information.

Official Contact

Any legitimate inquiries, requests for coordination, or procurement related issues should be sent through the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process or IronForge's official contact channels.
